4. After the completion of a day’s work, take off the carving knife first, let the spindle chuck, lock nut in a relaxed state. This is helpful to extend the service life of spindle chuck. Then we began to clean the work surface, brush cleaning; Pay attention to the work surface is usually best not to accumulate sundries, lest the platform deformation.

5. Water-cooled spindle cnc router should ensure the clean cooling water and the normal work of the pump, must not make the water-cooled spindle motor water shortage, regular replacement of cooling water, to prevent water temperature is too high, circulating water as much as possible, you can change the large capacity water tank.

6. Move the nose to the lower left or right position to stop, to prevent collision, and then cut off the power supply; Do not unplug the plug when it is live.

7. CNC router long-term non-use of maintenance: should be energized 1-2 times a week, especially in the plum rain season with large humidity, so that the cnc router machine empty operation for an hour or so. The heat generated by the electrical components is used to disperse the moisture in the control system to ensure the stability and reliability of the electronic components.

8. Maintenance of inverter: the inverter has been debutted before leaving the factory. It is forbidden to debug and change lines without permission to prevent damage to the motor or inverter caused by data input errors.

9. Clean the heat dissipation and ventilation system of the circuit box regularly. Please regularly check whether the fans on the electric control box work normally.

10. The door of the electric control box should be opened as little as possible, and the door opening is prohibited. There will be dust, wood chips or metal powder in the air when carving.

11. Check whether screws of all parts of the machine are loose regularly.

12. Vacuum pump maintenance:

A) water circulation air pump suction mouth of the metal screen is used to prevent foreign dust particles into the pump body, the filter should be kept clean at any time, to avoid blockage caused by the pump pumping speed drop, when the pump is not used should be energized every few days for A few minutes, to prevent the pump body rust can not operate normally.

B) Tongyou vacuum pump should also loosen the butterfly nut, take out the paper filter element and clean the filter screen regularly with high pressure gas. If the filter element is found to be improperly ventilated or damaged, it should be replaced in time. According to the length of use, high pressure oil gun can be used to oil the bearings of each part.
